After several months of being unable to write here, I’m back!

In the past, my procrastination has been excused by the reliable, “I’m sooo busy.” I shall rely on that again this time. It might be truer in this case, but it’s really no excuse.

Writers, after all… write.

Still, it has been an exciting flurry of activity. Aside from busy times at work, I found myself in Bulgaria, Colombia, and Indonesia during different times in the last six months.

Along the way, I even got to see glimpses of Qatar, Turkey, and Brazil!

Okay, so work was there to be had, but it was still an exciting time to see more of the world, and as I’d promised myself that I would do more travel, I was slowly starting to meet my goals. And it made me want to do even more.

Then again, these travels would have been great topics to write about, eh? And they still would be great topics to write about.

I also missed placing my thoughts here during the height of what was perhaps the most heated election season in the Philippines. Of course, I already ranted about that regularly in my private Facebook page, and maybe it’s best that I spared the larger public from my frequent SONA-like marathon posts.

Oh, fine, no more excuses. Time to get the quill out more regularly.

Rise, Allan, rise!
